THE ENERGY IN ALL THINGS 2021

Selected pieces from a series of works created in response to observing the energy and movement within plants and the wider landscape. Influenced by the practices of artists such as Hilma af Klint, Agnes Pelton and Franz Marc, these works endeavour to create a dialogue between the spiritual realm and the natural. The sense of geometry within these works is drawn from research into the structures within folk tales and mythology, creating a link between the stories and organisms that resonate with a human experience in the natural world.
